Coronavirus update
As of June 30, 2020, a limited number of fall semester and full year study abroad programs are still available, and the International Safety Committee intends to assess the viability of study abroad on a site-by-site basis throughout the summer. Students are encouraged to delay making any significant non-refundable financial commitments to the extent possible and to register for remote Wellesley courses as a backup. Check the FAQ for more information relevant to Fall 2020 study abroad.
In addition to the limited full semester options, the Office of International Study has created, in partnership with trusted study abroad providers and partners, a suite of 7-week programs for Wellesley students with travel planned for November-December so that students who take 2 courses remotely in the first Fall Term may have the opportunity to study abroad during the second Fall Term. More information on these options is available here.
